I’m Sabrina : a cancer biologist, current student of Medical Engineering, and a certified French Pastry instructor. Alongside my scientific career, I run an After-School and Holiday Baking Club for children, where I combine my passion for baking with my love for teaching.

Baking has always been a personal passion of mine. When I decided to start a venture, it felt only natural to turn this passion into a purpose. Through market research, I noticed a gap in baking-related activities for children and that’s where the idea for the club was born.

What started as a business idea quickly became something much more meaningful. Teaching kids how to bake has brought me immense joy. Watching their curiosity, creativity, and confidence grow in baking has been incredibly rewarding.

My long-term goal is to become an Independent Medical Researcher. I launched this business not only to share my love of baking but also to help fund my own research and support the future of medical innovation led by the next generation of scientists.

Most importantly, I’m lucky to share this journey with the two people closest to my heart:  my children. They volunteer at the club and have been my biggest supporters, helping me bring this dream to life.
